its a special 3m double sided tape, and make sure you use the primer that they recomend for it. You can find both at most auto body paint supply stores

you can buy it in a small can and use a small brush to apply it to where the tape will stick to. only cost a couple dollars as i recall

Yea, the 3M tape sticks the best when it is primiered with some solution. Last year when a body shop put my sideskirts on they said they used some adhesive to make it stick better.

Well, when it was time to take off the kit for the winter it was such a pain in the a$$...... those freakin sideskirts were stuck on there pretty good.

How do you remove them? My spoiler is partially on with the 3M tape, and I have no idea how I'd ever get that sucker off.

Make sure all the bolts are out then you gotta use some muscle. Slowly start pulling upward with a lot of muscle. You should feel it coming loose. But make sure you do it really slowly or else it wont come off as smooth.

If you're planning on taking off the spoiler I will buy it.

I don't plan on taking it off. I just wanted to know how, like if there was any special solvent or anything. I love my spoiler. lol

djspot is an unknown quantity at this point
you can get it from 3M...its called 3M Automotive Adhesion Promoter, the part number is 06396, you put that on first and then the tape...I think it costs about 30 dollars CDN...so its probably really cheap for you guys.
