does any one know what part number this is:
08V31-S5A-A0031.
i think it is the Fog Light Switch Harness but the Honda Dealership could not confirm it for some reason!

its a valid PN...its either the switch harness or the fog-light harness
i tried my honda source, but he couldnt pinpoint which one it is
