Question tsunami front bumper need help please

ok guys i just got my tsunami front bumper and im thinking of trying to get the holes done for it tomorrow i need to know what i should do. do i just take a drill bit and drill out all the holes that are in it on the little dimple marks and they should match up or what should i do?
and second, what do i do to make the little cuts in the side that snap into place should i use my dremel tool and cut them and if so how do i mark them?
also if it doesnt fit just right how can i fix it.

thanks for the help guys

I used a drill and a box cutter. No, the bumper will not fit 100% exactly snug. So, dont worry if its kinda saggy or has a problem fitting into the headlights (like mine). Just go and put it on during a nice day in the morning, so you have the whoooleee day to work on it. You'll be fine. Also, try and get someone else to help you, it'll make things a hell of a lot easier. Good luck!

what do you mean test it on first? The way I did it was I cut the 3 holes near the wheel whell on the side of the bumper, then I cut the holes for the pushpins where the grill is at, then I drilled the holes for where the screw goes in the wheel well. Cut the hole first, then paint it, then install it. You dont have to test fit it, it will fit, with a little effort.
