ahh okay thanks. So i gotta buy a EX SRI 5 spd if i want to put it on my LX 5 Spd.
Also. If its the same piping and such, then why do all the retailers sell the LX SRI's for a higher price than the EX's? i think about 10 dollars more? i understand for EX CAI, the piping is different, the EX cai would cost less becuase there is a higher demand for EX's... but since the EX and LX SRI's are the same... shouldnt they price it the same? or do the retailers benefit from our ignorance?

Oh and one more question. Do i really have to get a manual 5 spd specified SRI? i thought the piping autos and manuals for SRI were the same?

I don't think there's a difference between SRI's for AT and MT. The reason there's a difference for CAI's is because the transmission gets in the way. But for SRI's I would assume that it's all the same cuz there's nothing to get in the way up at the top of the engine bay.
But I'm not positive.
But I'm not positive.
I'm not tryin to bag on anyone, but I've noticed QUITE a few intake threads that cover something about ... lx MT tryin to fit an ex AT ... and others similar to that ...
question ...
what's wrong with getting the intake that's MADE for your civic trim? I mean why get an EX intake if you have an LX?
