Cheapest price on DC Sports TCS MUFFLER ONLY

I was wondering if anyone knows where the best deal is on the DC Sports TCS, for the muffler only.
The cheapest I could find is on this $479, but that is the whole catback
HERE: http://www.hopupracing.com/dcsptcsex92.html

Does anyone know where I can get just the muffler, so I can just bend the rest and get a flange for it and weld it myself?

Please and thanks

Sooo..... lease:

Can anybody beat that price?

It doesnt say the shipping on the link I posted, so I figure thats where they kill you.
One place was like $505 and they had the nerve to want $95 for shipping
thieves

That one above is $479

thats cheap, i paid damn near $600 for mine from a local shop when it first came out for our cars. i had the exhaust before i even had the car, lol. i thought it was the coolest looking exhaust ever, now i know it is just a piece of junk and the welds are rusting and the muffler is all tarnished and it didnt give and hp increase at all. if anything, it is hidden so u only see the tip and it sounds good, and thats the only pluses about that exhaust. it also melted my bumper a tiny bit.

I just sold mine for 370 shipped. (the whole catback) i had it for over 6 months and NO RUST and NOTHING wrong with it, i just think you got jacked and you are blaming it on the rest of them out there. I loved it and too bad i had to sell it cuz im putting my car back to stock. Oh yeah..you must of installed it ..or who ever did..incorrectly thats why it melted your bumper...oh well.

nah man, it just melted it a bit. its kinda hard to **** up a cat back install. it bolts into all the stock locations and hangs from the stock hangers, not to difficult. and i didnt get jacked either, dc sports products suck, other than thier shitknobs. and i who cares who im blaming, i can have my opinion on a part i bought. plus i have had my exhaust for well over a year now through one of the worse winters i have ever seen. that could have been the cause for it rusting at the welds. i dont know what caused it but there is rust on a "stainless steel" exhaust.

Yep, DC TCS isn't all that good except for the sound. Doesn't even look like a muffler, but that's just my opinion. My thermal exhaust hasn't rusted or melted anything and I've had it for about a year almost. The inside is turning bronze, but a little polish will fix that.

I just want a deep sounding, quiet, resonant exhaust.
I cant stand those loud *** ones I keep hearing everywhere, I just got back from buying a pack of smokes from the gas station a 1/2 mile from here and I saw/heard 5 exhausts that just make me queezy.

These people must be making their own home-brewed stuff or something.

Anyways thanks for the input guys.
If you know of any other deep, dual canister designs let me know.
I just want it to have some more spunk when I step on it, but not too loud when just cruising.

What about the Mugen twin can system? Does it sound the same as the "Mugen style" twin can muffler?

anyone know wheres a good deal on those, and if they sell only the muffler?

Thanks again
