duh already tried that one !!
but anyways, searched for other posts and found a link to www.jdmhondaparts.com
looks like pricing for an RSX-R engine is 5800!!
time to start saving... i dont have an S engine. i actually drive an 02 Si and read about a guy w.the same car as me putting in an RSX-R engine...with some other mods he was pushin 213 whp, N/A...sounded enticing. i cant really afford it, but i was curious to pricing
If he has a 2.0 liter K block, he may be able to save money by bolting the type-S head on. I think the compression might end up being a little lower but that may be better for boosting later on anyway.
Its a celebration bitches!

the thing is that if he does decide to turbo in the future, he would HAVE to lower the compression ratio but, they k20a has more agressive cams and extra oil squirters or something... blah... well its just better, the engine was made for a beating to be given to it

You could just throw some Type R cams in your head, and while it's apart port and pollish it. That will get you WAY up in power! If you want to stay NA that is. That will put you damn close to the R engine other than pistons.
