Question Exhaust question?

OK .... ive decided that i do not want to spend too much money on a full catback exhaust considering 2 factors - (1) i have a DX automatic, (2) im going for looks more than performance. So i think i will be getting a magnaflow universal muffler. However, my questions are these, do the different styles give off any difference in sound? And what is the appropriate size that i should get? Lastly, im looking for more of a deep, bassy tone that isnt too loud. Does Magnaflow sound like this? Thanks alot guys.

BTW, is the Magnaflow in the exhaust clip thread a full catback?

This is the muffler i am considering: 2.25" inlet, 4" diam tip, single wall domed, angle cut 4" length ....

you can get an decent sound, but if you want some better sound get an axle back or a cat back.

ak can only hope to improve
Magnaflow is very quiet.... I had the muffler, 2.25" custom piping, and a 22" resonator.

You can't really hear it once you do my setup. LOL

I consider it stock sound.... well close.

so basically what u guys are saying is that getting just a magnaflow muffler wont do anything except enhancing the look of my vic? ........ any cheap alternatives to a full catback while still allowing my to have a more agressive tone?
