me 2 ebay doenst have any good deals right now.. man too bad Imma have to spend around 6 grand for the whole install I can install it myself all I need is mounts and I can do the auto to manual conversion for 300 all I need is the transmissino

i might be able to get you a motor for around $3700. I'll call my guy tomorrow (July 22).
When you say that you wanna spend 4 grand tops, does that include install? And are you installing yourself? The extra parts needed for the swap come to about a grand, then about $1500 ontop of that if you are havin it installed for you. So if you only wanna spend 4 grand, with that including install and extra parts...well...good luck finding a motor for $1500. But i will call my guy tomorrow regardless.

damn 4 grand thats a tight buget but i found a site that sells all most everything-from a type-s there price is $4,800 and for a type-r $7,200

Try any type of wrecking yards, you might be able to buy an entire front clip off a wrecked RSX. There's tons of them.

i can get a motor to you for $3700. Thats of course without shipping which is gonna be a lot seeing for you live in Thailand, but thats the cost of a good motor. I do business with these people a lot, infact thats where i got my motor, and i was extremely happy with how it was all dealt with. Wait, if your in Thailand, don't you have more accessible engines than our Type-S? Don't you guys have a 2.0 civic sedan or something over there?

Cant get the R motor. I go through a guy that parts out Hondas/Acuras from the states only. If you wanna show off a typeR motor, slap a JDM valve cover on the S motor, no one will be able to tell other than the stamp on the motor indicating K20A2.
About more motors, I can do motors for people at $3700-$3900+shipping depending on condition. Unfortunately, the guy i go through only has two left right now, one spoken for, and the other is up in the air (thats the one im talkin about on this thread). I will go where the money is, so if someone wants to offer me $3700 i will do business with him unless someone offers more, then i will give a chance for the first offer guy to beat that offered price. But i wont kill you guys. The first one with an offer at $3900 will get the motor. Thats not including shipping remember.
