Projector Headlight -- Ion Question

Projector Headlight -- Ion Question okay, so i was wondering if the clear projector provides that color changing look like on the new bmw or lexus. what about the blue ion, it looks like blue but does it have just a solid blue color to it, is visibility lower with the blue ion?
