2012 Civic Si Hazad Fuse blowing

I'm having a turn signal/hazards issue, neither of them work. I have replaced both fuse 34 under the dash and 14 under the hood but fuse 14 keeps blowing. Not sure why, any help is appreciated.

Re: 2012 Civic Si Hazad Fuse blowing

I do have a multimeter. Not sure what happened but I found fuse 14 blown again, replaced it and checked again with both bulbs disconnected and it worked. Plugged bulbs back in and still works so I think it's fixed. Hopefully it stays that way. Thank you for the reply
