Backup Camera 2013 Civic EX Sedan

Hi, anyone know how to be able to turn backup camera on/off anytime I want to without putting into reverse as well as the normal put into reverse and camera turns on. Maybe a toggle switch on/off? Thank you, bluesjunky2
