Tire cover warped after cold winter We have a 2013 Civic and came back from 5 months in Florida and found that the wheel cover on the driver's front tire had warped and no longer made contact with the whole rim. Also, the tires are making an odd noise. The car had not been driven in 5 months and sat through the cold, Buffalo winter. Any idea what could cause this or be the problem? TIA
