If you have steel wheels, then yes. I’m assuming all aftermarket hubcaps are the same and don’t mount any differently - I’ve admittedly never run them.

I thought maybe some wouldn’t fit because when i looked at some on Amazon that were listed as for 2016 and 2017 civics and it was for a 16 inch rim but when I asked the seller if they would fit the reply I got was that they would not fit my 2006.
would there be any reason why a 2016/2017 rim would be different than a 2006 rim such that they would not work?

what type are they? The ones that just clip to the wheel or the ones that are held by the lugnuts?
the ones held by clips should fit, if they are held by the lugnuts, well, the distance from the lugnuts and wheel lip might not work depending on off-set - different for the 2016+
