So I have a 1999 Civic Ex 5 speed and for the past year I’ve had an ongoing issue with a misfire code . First started off as random misfire p1399 and cylinder 1 and 2 . Changed everything ignition related and code went away , couple months go by and light comes and and starts flashing . Checked plugs , wires, cap , rotor everything checked out . Cleared the code and ran fine for a couple days than started having a rough idle . Code since has been reading p1399 and misfire cylinder 2 sometimes 1 . Been driving as is for 7-8 months no real issues no loss of power at full throttle/ Highway speeds. Recently ran a compression test with consistAnt compression in every cylinder but 0 in cylinder 2 . Other than tearing it a part am looking at a bent valve or bad rings ? Or something along those lines?
