No compression in # 3 Cylinder

I just spent a small fortune properly lowering and aligning my car along with a new exhaust and now it runs like crap! I thought it might have been the exhaust because I noticed it my first time out. After that but I took it back and the mech said it needed new plugs and wires and a rotor. He replaced those but to no avail. I have no compression in my no.3 but it sparks. Everything seems to be moving fine on the top end so I was thinking maybe a piston? Anybody have any ideas? I love this car but really can't afford a new motor.

Do a leakdown test to pinpoint the compression loss. Here's a really good video: [autostream]http://autostream.com/ibcivicforums/?page_type=firebirdplayerthumbnail&framepage=119&t ransactionid=1304657006-7190173246&posted_by=lazlong_www.civicforums.com&y outube_video_id=WgrfT0LFMhc[/autostream]
