Echo and motor noise

Hi
I have honda civic 2007, 102k mile age. i had an accident 2 years ago and got bumber and bonut replaced. car is running fine but just noticed it is getting noisy, i can hear 2 types of noises:

echo noise : looks like as a windows is open, happens when driving at speed 50 to 70, can't hear that noise when driving 90 to 100. I can hear clearly when slowing down.
Motor noise : only starts when driving at 100+

I need you suggestion and guidance on what type of issue are these? should I go to general mechanic or windows tinting issue?

Minor detail: You posted in 7th gen (2110-2005). Your car is 8th gen (2006-2011). Moving past that...

Your description is very vague. Can you capture this noise on video and post it here?

Yes
