I see you got a better pic now.
Leave it alone.
It used to fit between the valve cover and the stock air filter box.
It's been replaced by the blue hose.
The small hoses that are still attached to things are coolant hoses, I'd leave those connected....but make sure it is not rubbing on the CAI bracket.

You mean one is cut open?
You could make a loop from one point to the other and eliminate the metal tubing, or just replace the bad hose, or trim off the bad spot and reconnect, or get a length of hose to replace the whole thing?

I'm thinking you can't just us the good hose to connect the 2 ports on the engine?
Measure how long a new hose would have to be, allowing plenty of room for gentle bends no kinks....
remove the hoses and tubing and take with for an example
call around to good parts store like NAPA and see if they have EPDM coolant hose in the size that matches what you have, then take it in and match it up. EPDM is the type of rubber that is very robust, the rest of the hoses are made of it.
If you think a foot long would be ok then get 2 feet LOL
Plus clamps?
Install, refill coolant and bleed.
If you buy from a dealer all they will do is try to look up the same stuff you already have, pre-bent and pre-cut, they won't normally have it in bulk roll cut-to-fit lengths.
