Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

Was trying to do an online order for the drive belt for my 2007 Civic EX Coupe on CollegeHills Honda part fish. Under the alternator bracket, I see the belt as item 18 but see no part number or price. Anyone know where it is listed on a fish? Thanks

Re: Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

04301-RNA-307 (from bulletin 08-039)
EDIT
Also have numbers
56992-RNA-A03
56992-RNA-A03Y
Shown with "PS PUMP"

Belt is usually good for 100k plus.

EDIT again LOL: I'd go with the A03.

Re: Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

Thanks, 56992-RNA-A03 probably is correct. It cross references to the 2007 , the others , one list for $8.. and the other for up to a 2006 Coupe and later years for the Sedan. Thanks most important for the 100K + Hopefully will get back on the rear upper arm next week and take a hard look at the belt then.

Re: Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

A03 and A03Y both came up when I entered the A03 into the price check area of my dealer site....but the Y number doesn't show up in a catalog search at all.

I saw the super cheap price, I wonder what exactly one would get if they order that number? I wonder if it's something leftover from before the change to the updated routing? Meh. Too lazy to research it.

Re: Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

I have a 04301-RNA-307 waiting for my 2010 sedan. When I put that part # in at hondapartsnow site it say's it will not fit 2010.

Re: Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

That's funny. Catalog callouts can be misleading.
I bet the brand names on the various belts are the difference.
Saw this on various Odyssey applications from 05-10, like 3 different part numbers (and price$) but all 3 are the exact same size.

If you go to a belt manufacturers site (or a parts store) and look up 06-11 Civic 1.8 I think they should all take the same size belt. (Take into account the difference and updates for the 06 belt routing)

Craig, does your 04301-RNA-307 have dimensions printed on the belt? Maybe a "PK" number, like 7PK2178?

Re: Part number for drive belt for 2007 Civic

Is there a range marker on the tensioner to judge belt wear or stretch? Know on my CR-V, it started squeaking and you could see a little jerk with the AC on. Did not have a lot of miles on it. I got another at the dealer and thru the old one in the spare well. New one made it all well. The bando one looked a lot better than aftermarket. Had an old Mercedes my rich sister gave me that had a limit marker on the tensioner. Also had a $1100 fuel pump. Did not keep that one long.

In white inkjet on the belt. 7PK2164 & 56992-RNA-A03

Sleeve has the other part # and the proper & improper routing diagram.

Maybe I got taken considering the # printed on the belt ???

i went ahead and got one. If indicator and belt looks good on inside with a mirror, will just put it in trunk. Seller told me he guarantees it is a OEM bando Honda belt.

Belt should be right for your car....and I'm gonna assume the number on the sleeve would also have been fine.

Bando or Mitsuboshi brands might be the difference? Didn't have any in parts to look at today.
I'd prefer either brand over the usual aftermarket offerings
