2007 Civic Si Horn not working

I check the fuse, it's not blown.
I took the horn out and used the volt meter to check, and Not recieveing volt on the plug.
I am not hearing any clicking from the relay.

NOw i need to know the location of the Relay. I know its somewhere under the dash but don't know exactly where it is under the dash and which one.

Does anybody have a diagram showing where the relay for the horn is at or have other suggestions for me. thanks guys.

The horn relay for the 8th gens is located inside the under-dash fuse box.

Will the horn work with the double lock press ?? Do your brake lights work ??
