We have an entire D17a2 motor for sale.
Its a long block, need it gone ASAP out of the garage.
I will part it out if you make reasonable offers on the parts.
The head needs all new valves.
The piston heads may need to be changed.
Stock clutch, will sell on its own.
the rest of the internals are great
However, it would make a great power addition to put these internals into a d16 to give it more displacement and more power.
150-250 for a price range. But shoot offers pm me or post it up.
this motor can be fixed, has only 60k miles on it. stock clutch included

I need the block, crank, pistons/rods if in good condition. I do not need the head or anything else.
Did you spin a bearing or what?

I just tried calling If you're willing to just sell the block assembly with crank/pistons/rods I will pay 150+shipping for it because it's gonna be an expensive piece to ship but I do want it.

Ok my motor will be coming out Sunday, I NEED this block PLEASE RESPOND. I have been calling but no luck. I need my car. If you dont wanna sell it, just say that so I can go find another one. If you're going to sell it to me, call me and let me know! I have cash in the bank, ready for this block.

I think if I dont hear from this guy I will. I saw a d17a1 for 250 from somewhere in socal..
The engine is out, I need it rebuilt asap. I will give this guy till tomorrow then I'll buy it elsewhere.
