lol anyone willing to buy? intercooler is to small for me, i wouldnt feel safe pushing my turbo.
Dose anyone have a TSI turbo kit running with the tsi intercooler have problems? im afraid there wont be enough cold air going to the turbo.

well if u think about it i have a smaller turbo, which means it spools faster which means it works harder and faster where the t28 is a bigger turbo it works less kinda like a little engine that could pushing all it got. u get what im saying?

What your saying would be the literal thinking, but that's not how it would affect your intercooler. Generally, the larger amount of HP you make, the larger the intercooler you'll need. But if you get to large an intercooler, you'll experience pressure drop, which will increase turbo lag.

The turbo won't blow up from using an intercooler thats too small. If you have an intercooler thats too small for the turbo you are using then the air being forced into the motor will be hotter possibly causing detonation. The TSI intercooler will be more than enough for what you are using.
