agreed plus Chugster the exhaust is used more then 2 months. Prod posted pictures on July 11th of the exhaust and a sound clip, someone pm'ed me with the heads up and he still have the pictures and the file saved dated July 11. Save a bit and get a brand new one for $420 shipped off importhorizon.com 400 for an almost 9 month old exhaust is a no no

yeah i know that...but i bought his rims, the dv-8s....not prod's or whoever. we had a deal worked out...im just tryin to get ahold of him to see how things are going. haven't called him yet though...i will Monday if i don't hear anything by then.

he knew exactly where i was and had my phone # and email address also. i was gone from the site because i was busy at work and it took me a few days to ship everything because my car was stolen and my house was broken into. that was a little bigger priority to deal with than shipping out his rims. so **** off, because you dont even know what the hell you're talking about.

be careful everybody. this guy is a liar and a lagger. I really really really wouldn't recommend buying anything from him! just a heads up for everybody else since I had to learn the hard way. he's boasting about how he made an extra $300 off of me because he was going to sell them for $500 and not $800. Its no biggie to me, i got what i wanted for a price i was willing to pay, but the fact that he comes online and brags about it makes me wonder about his character and who else he will try to cheat. Just letting everybody know to be very weary of this guy if you're thinking about buying his crap. wouldn't want anybody else to have to go through the hassle that I went through. You're better off finding whatever he has that you want, somewhere else.

He sounds like a real nice guy and assures you that the transaction will go over smoothly...then when he has your money he doesn't give a damn about you anymore and you'll be in the same situation i was in.

I think you left how how you tried to lowball the hell out of him. You offered him $450 for the wheels and tires, shipped. And then you also told him to hold them for you for 3 weeks, because you didn't have the money. And then you said that since you didn't have the money, you'd send half now, have him ship the rims, and then send the other half. What if you didn't send the other half? You've already got your product and leaving him assed out of $400. Did you also mention how you screwed up your PayPal account and payment and how he had to wait for the money to clear?

Also, all the whining you did ... The reason why he didn't ship your stuff in a reasonable time was because he was having a *shitty* week. His car gets broken into. Someone attempts to break into his house. He loses his cell phone. He was trying to get all of that straight. I would think that all of that takes just a little more precedence over shipping you your rims. You waited how long? I think a few more days wouldn't kill you, due to some serious personal issues.

Two sides to every story. Boo-hoo. You didn't get the rims when *you* wanted them, due to personal issues. There's no need to try and slander Joe because of this. He's actually a good guy. Just going through a rough time. I'll stick up for Joe now and I'd be glad to do it in the future. I know he's a good guy and isn't out to try and screw anybody.

woah woah...when did i offer him $450? you're a fvcking nut. i never did that - you must be mistaking me for someone else. they were for sale for 750 at first..then he bumped it to 800..and i ended up paying $824. I did ask him if i could pay 80% up front..then 20% once I got them..but that was for my protection. You ask what if i never sent the last payment...well what if I sent him my whole payment and he didn't send them at all? then I'd be assed outta $800 and he'd still have the rims.

And I think i did mention how i "screwed up" the paypal transaction. I mean wow, i messed up bad..i sent him the payment in full on 2 accounts on the same day, same time. mine and my girlfriends - and only because i had a limit on my paypal account that i didn't know about. How did that screw anything up? 2 payments by 2 people doesn't constitue paypal to investigate or to hold the money or to not let it go through. The payment went through the next day. I called my CC company and they told me that he already had my money. so he had all the money don't blame it on paypal.

Also, I asked him to hold them for me becaused i wanted to give myself more time before the payment came in from my CC company...but at the same time I asked him to hold them..i also said if it comes down to it and you have someone else wanting to buy to just tell me and I could pay right away. It was for convience not because i didn't have the money, you idiot.

And, lastly, you're right. a couple days wasn't going to kill me. what did kill me was that he said he would ship one day..and didn't. then i was like oh its cool, ship by next week. he agreed..and then fell through again. by this time i had no faith in him or what he said. my so called whining was an attempt not to get screwed.

**** off already. you're getting your rims. me holding off on shipping the 1st week was for my protection also, so you should understand that. the extra 1 day you waited with them shipping Tuesday versus Monday... you can kiss my *** if you think that makes **** for a difference with everything else i had going on. read your posts in your other thread... you sound like a ****ing 10 year old posting up my name and asking for any personal info anyone could get you and then my friends telling you they were being shipped... and then you post up like a giddy school girl that "oh yeah, they're finally coming!!!"
