2001 civic ex coupe passenger headlight wiring
2001 civic ex coupe passenger headlight wiring
Hi I'm new here and just removed an hid set on my 2001 civic. I was able to just plug the driver side into to new bulb with existing factory socket. But i had what seemed like a short on the passenger side so I clipped the old factory socket and replaced it with a new one so now my driver side is working just fine but my passenger side is getting power but is extremely dim. Not really lighting up the lens at all. The old factory socket I cut has a red/blue wire, a red/white wire and a solid red wire. Can someone please tell me which one is the ground, which is low beam, and which is high beam. I have tried different wiring combos with same results have checked actual voltage yet any help would be appreciated thanks

I don't have my service manual on me at the moment but I can check the colors later.
Is it not the same as the driver side? If you have a volt meter you can test it.
