96 Civix ex Brake Lights
When my car lights are on the brake lights are fine, but when you press the brake the brake lights dont glow. When i bought the car it had a wing on it but the guy put it on. But i noticed the third brake light to the wing doesnt work or the orignal third brake light doesnt work to. Im not sure if its the wiring that needs to be fixed and they did a bad job. I checked the fuse and its fine and the brake light switch looks fine. i was messing around with the wires to the third brake light when they brake lights in the back didnt work at all. What could it be?

Did you try simply replacing the light bulbs yet? (Not the LEDs on the wing, I meant the rest of the brake bulbs that don't work.)
To figure it out,
You need a wire diagram and a simple test light, and a little bit of understanding of how it works.
This should be easy to figure out.
