Re: License Plate Lights?
its possible but most of the led bulbs are poorly made and either overheat or burn out in a few months. check autolumination.com, superbrightleds.com or ebay for the 194/168 size bulbs.
Re: License Plate Lights?
Ive been through 3 led bulbs. I duno, ive had bad experience with LED, in the trunk especially. A few of them stopped working and one bulb just turned into a strobe basically. I just changed to some PIAA 168 bulbs and has been good ever since

well technically it should work, but our LP bulbs face outwards and shine's downwards. So im not too sure how much output you'll get from these. Check out if any of them have the LED's facing outwards (radially) so you get better coverage on the plates.

eh those are okay, the 1w 194 leds at besthongkong.com are brighter and have 180 degrees of light. only thing is they run pretty hot so not sure how long they would last. but they are sure cheap enough and give as much or more light than a bulb would in our plate lights...
