will 15x7 41mm rim with 225/45/15 tire fit on 95 hatch?

s2000civic is an unknown quantity at this point
will 15x7 41mm rim with 225/45/15 tire fit on 95 hatch?
will a 15x7 41mm rim with 225/45/15 tire fit stock fenders with 1 inch drop in front and .5 inch drop in rear on a 1995 hatch back ? or will i just have to settle for 205 tire on that size rim/off set ?
