Will 215-45-15 fit for a 15x7 rim?

Like in the title i was wondering if 215-45-15's will fit on a 7 inch wide rim, because i am running 205-50-15 at the moment and it doesn't stick out too much and was wondering could i fit 215 on the 15x7 wheel because i would like more grip thanks

yes...but i doubt that any companies will make 215 45 15...most will make 215 65 15 or 225/50/15 for 7 inch wheels...

yes, you can use spacers, but spacers kill wheel bearings, they cut the life of bearings in half, if you care, just get 16's or 17's if you want better performance, youll be so pleased, i know i was
