Hi everyone. I'm new here and this is my first post.

I have a 2005 Civic Hybrid that I bought new. In the past couple of months, when I start from a complete stop, the rear wheels seem to drag and it makes a bit of noise like rubber against asphalt. However, I just took my car in to have my tires rotated and balanced, and the tire guys didn't see anything wrong with the tires.

If it isn't the tires, what could it be? Thanks for any tips.
