Exclamation Wheels/Tires/suspension issues

I need some help trying to figure out some problems I am having with my 95 dx hatch. The suspension has always been kind of crappy and the axles hop, more like chatter, when I am going down the road. It get's much worse when going around a curve. I have 17 +42 now and am beginning to think the wheels can be the problem but I don't know how that can be. I lowered the car using lowering springs, new struts and camber kit. The chatter and slamming over bumps was unbelievable! I then swapped out the springs for some borrowed Skunk2 coilovers to diagnose the issue and it remained the same. I then installed LoTek short struts and eBay coilovers and still the same thing. Since the car has a much lower stance, I'm going with 15 +40 and replacing my 17 +42 and that's when I thought the problem might lie within the offset of the tires. I don't know why else the suspension would be so bouncy/slamming/axle hop/chatter with 3 different suspension set ups. I don't mind getting a good and expensive suspension but I don't want to buy one and have the same issues I have had on these past 3 set ups. Please help because I just blew my B18A and swapped in a B16 and would like to drive it a little more spirited but, with this suspension, I get concerned and won't tackle curves and driving faster than 85 because of the natural curves on a country 2 lane road. I'm ready to buy rims and tires but, before doing so, I wanted to make sure the offset couldn't some how be the issue.

Thanks so much in advance for any help!

Also...I did change the front tires just in the off chance they could be the issue and things stayed the same!
