Weird Sound: Any Know?

I have an '01 civic. I've noticed a howling sound coming from the front right wheel. This howling sound gets louder as I speed. The faster I go, the louder it gets. At first I thought it was my tires, but that wasn't it. It doesn't squeak, it just howls. Does anyone know what this could be?
