2000 Honda Civic Coupe
i purchased 18" rims for my civic and after 2 weeks they were rubbing pretty bad and riuned the tire. i decided to go to a 17 before i buy would a 17" rim with 205 tire fit and not rub

I bought from a friend who said they would fit...they didn't and can't sell them back...rolling the fenders will ruin the cars paint.

no it won't. you could also change to a bit more negative camber in the rear.

^^ Come on... put your cars on jacks and grab a wooden baseball bat, stick it between the tire and the rim, and do your duty. Sounds gurillia huh... well, you can dial up your local auto parts store to see if they have a fender rolling tool that they can rent to you. Heres a few DIY, and a video of an alternative way.
