This is the first and will be the last Honda I'll buy if I'm paying for it. I bought this car and was expecting Honda can get it right even for the first model year. But 10 visits to the dealership within the first 6 months of ownership is way too much and doesn't give me much confidence of this car will last. Still many problems with my car but I gave up to bring it back cuz I know they'll give me the same "no problem found" BS everytime.

i dunno if this is the last honda ill buy if at all.
i want to switch my ride for a mr2 or older gen civic like an older SiR or something close to that
but my next car will be either a bmw or acura.
but i still love my civic to death its pretty good on gas and i dont worrie too much about it even i after i gave it a beating lol!!!

I love my civic....I have had no problems what so ever.....it is zzzzzzzzzzzzzipy, I knew it wasn't a 10 sec quarter miler when I bought it, didn't every one else??? How can anyone complain about the power? Didn't you test drive it? I mean, afterall, all these people complaining about power? I just don't get that...oh well..

I love the way it handles, I like the suspension too, ok, it could be a bit stiffer, if thats what you want you can do it, add some springs, lower it, add a strut brace....its the same with any car you buy. Just try buying a FAST car with stiff racing-like suspension, for $16,000.....any thing like that out there? I don't think so...anything with 4 wheel anti-lock brakes for that kind of money? Look at the car's compared to the civic, I hear the RSX, ok, that is around $23-25K, the subaru WRX, is around $27,000....can anyone else see the difference? We all got what we paid for, I am very very pleased, and my Honda dealer is fantastic, they made sure I was satisfied....no wonder they rank in the top 10 in the country...

I can't believe how great my car sounds when I run it just a little hard, not red lining it, but close, mmmmmmmmmm, wow, its sounds so good....so well engineered...
you gotta love that, I dont think a suzuki 4x4 is gonna give me that sound? haha....

ANyway, I am one happy customer, this is my second Honda, but notmy last......what a quality car for the money...

I still love my car...I best way to stay in love is to keep modifying stuff...I put on a strut tower brace to stop the roll...A cai and exhast are going to start solving my power problems...Its like Ripp Modifications say Friends don't let friends drive stock
