OBD II code reader use on a 93 Civic
I have a decent OBD II code scanner and am wondering if an adapter harness is available to allow me to use it on my 93 Civic. I am familiar with the paperclip in the plug methdo, but would be great to use my scanner. Thanks in advance for any responses!

No you cannot use an OBD2 reader on a 93 computer, the communication protocol is not compliant so an OBD2 reader cannot communicate with it.
There is a way to get more useful data if it has a 3 wire data link connector, but you need a different scanner --not generic OBD2-- to use it.
(If someone has figured out how to make this happen with an OBD2 code reader, I haven't heard about it yet. Post links if you find out.)
