a/c wiring question

a/c wiring question
I pulled a complete A/C system out of a 1991 civic to put in my 1991. Every thing is going well but,
when I installed the A/C wiring harness I see the electrical connection for the a/c fan but is also has a second set of plugs, for what I guess is the Rad fan.
Do I disconnect the rad fan plug and replug it in on the new A/c harness?
I think that it is done this way so both fans cool the A/C rad. but when I dont have the a/c on, will my my rad fan still come on?

Turn the ignition switch on.
If the radiator fan runs, that should at least answer that part of your question.
