Weak Headlight Output

Weak Headlight Output
I have a 95 Civic sedan. The drivers side headlight is not as bright as the passenger side. I have replaced both bulbs with news ones.
I cant' figure out why they are different. They are factory headlights.
I did have a fender bender on that side. Could that effect the output?
Is there anything inside the headlight assembly that could have shaken loose?
Any help would be great.
