i have a 95 civic lx w/over 250xxx miles. i just replaced the timing belt and water pump, ac belt, alternator belt, plugs and wires put ngk on. was really hoping the timing belt would fix it. it was off by 2 teeth. miss got a little better but when im in park you can notice just a very little. when in drive but stopped applying break it idles hard and when the ac's on it get worse. when driving you dont notice it at all. doesnt have alot of get up and go when entering the freeway or anything. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts what else it could be. thank you.

Clogged injectors or fuel filter. I can almost guarantee that's it. Get some chevron fuel injector cleaner and put it in your tank and change the fuel filter.
