Transmission weirdness:
Transmission weirdness:
My 1995 170K manual transmission start to break down.
Several months ago, after I start the engine, I cannot shift the gear from NULL to any gears. I need to wait and push the clutch pedal many times before it functions again.
Later, the pedal will be rest in the deep position instead of the normal position, so I have to pull the pedal and push it many times before it functions.
Now, when I am driving, I need to stomp the clutch pedal several times before I can shift the gear.
What is the problem? How much will it cost?
Thanks!

Re: Transmission weirdness:
The only thing I can think of is maybe the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder is bad and it doesnt want to function unless it gets pumped to force it to work like something is blocking it. Or the other thing is the clutch release bearing is getting jammed.
