I have a 1996 Honda Civic coupe where the door was stuck. So I changed the latch n it was closing n opening just fine until I **** the door n it automatically locked. I couldn't open it from inside or unlock it from inside. The only way I could open the door was from the outside with unlocking it with the key. I took off the locking actuator n still did the same thing. Then I decide to take off the bar that locks it from between the panel n it works fine but can't lock it or unlock it from the inside.

Don't do that!

Anyway, you took off the actuator... you replaced it, then? When you disengaged the bar thing, you disabled the locking tab from allowing you to manually engage/disengage the lock.
