ANyone else have a problem opening their gasoline cap door?

ANyone else have a problem opening their gasoline cap door?
ALright its been occuring every single time i fill up. I press the latch down to open the door to the gas cap and it wont open! I have to keep pressin the latch maybe 20-25 times rapidly and finally the door opens. Its just a pain in the butt cause other people are just sitting behind me waiting for me to start filling up. What can i do to make the latch open normal? is there some kind of latch behind the door that closes the door too tight or something?

Just to make sure, are you pressing it down all the way? Give it a good, hard push.
