Tightening trunk latch?

Anyone know how to tighten the trunk latch. I'm trying to get the rattle out of my trunk and I tried pushing down on the trunk lid and it got rid of just about all the rattle. If anyone knows how, it'll help a lot.

BTW, two 12" Concpet GD-12's with two 600W Kenwood amps.

this was posted before... just pop off that plastic thing, just pull hard/carefully n it should come off... then just loosen those two bolts tht hold the latch and lower it a lil and tighten again... don't make it too low or you won't be able to close your trunk.

Here's an even easier solution. It will take out most of the rattle, mine barely rattles at all, if any. Open the trunk, look on the left and right side of the underside of the trunk lid. You will notice two rubber "bumpers" that help cushion the trunk lid. They have a screw like rubber piece that holds them into the trunk lid. Unscrew them a tiny bit, maybe just 1/4-1/2 a turn each and you will notice the rattle will be significantly decreased. Don't let them out too far or you won't be able to close your trunk.
