civic ex 2000
Hey. I am looking to upgrade my but had question maybe some of you could answer for me. First i am willing to replace its oem throttle body with integra type R throttle body to which i am not sure if it can be done. i am also looking to upgrade my ex headers, spark plugs, cold air intake, intake manifold and cat back exhaust.

I'm not sure about the intake manifold but the other things have been covered A LOT over the years. Use the search function for particulars and search here: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/2...ne-performance for ideas. NGK is a good choice for spark plug replacement.
