Re: New Interior

I got a new headliner for my 2000 Honda Civic EX for $117 but it was the flat knit kind of material, which is really quite nice and this is also including the sliding piece for the sunroof and the visors. I also took the headliner and sunroof apart for them so I did all the work. If you have a sunroof it's not too hard to do. But really it's cheaper if you do all the disassembly and re-assembly yourself. As for the seats and stuff, we have a junkyard here called "Pick-N-Pull" and believe it or not, the last time I went there looking for some interior stuff for my civic I found about 4 civics there with just about immaculate interiors, seats and all. And the seats would cost like $35 each. It was crazy to me that a junkyard car would have such a nice interior but they rotate their stock quite often. If you can find one in your area I would check that out first before buying brand new OEM.

Re: New Interior

I replaced my whole interior for a profit. I bought interiors mostly from dx civics. They had the dark grey interior for the most part. There a couple pieces that will require ebay. But I was searching for dx civic part outs on craigslist. I would pay 140 to 200$ shoot for 99 or 2000 what you don't use u can sell. But I bought two full interiors and used the best parts for myself. Also I have many parts from my swap so if u are having trouble let me know and use ebay as a last resort. Also you can recover your headliner.

When buying I would negotiate the best deal I could on the parts then ask them to throw something else in to sweeten the deal. Even with the driving I made a pretty good profit. I'd be interested to know why you have to replace everything. Seems a little extreme unless it's a color thing aswell.

Also look into DIY sound deadening as u will have all the parts out already it's a great time to do it.

I'm almost finished with my project but I was able to do a new system, rims, pwr heated seats, full is interior swap, DIY sound proofing, LEDs and more the whole project cost 150$. And took 2 months.....
