Yesterday I was rear ended by a truck that didn't appear to have been going too fast, but damage was still done. I wanted to know if anyone thinks insurance will potentially total it or let it get fixed. I really hope it doesn't have to be totaled cause I love this car and enjoy driving it.

Ultimately it's hard to comment on what an insurance company will do but the rule of thumb would be if the value of repair is greater then the value of the car then it's a write off.
From the pics you've posted it looks like there's some scrapes on your bumper cover. Without taking that off and getting a better look at what damage was done it's hard to say. It doesn't look like a write off though.

You're "wrecked" Civic looks better than half the non-wrecked Civics around here. They're not gonna total it unless they're shady and want the car to sell for a profit.

What do you mean unless their shady? I thought all insurance companies were crooked. Where I live in the past ten years the government run auto insurance company has been caught running chop shops, fixing car auctions, paying off people not to talk to the media, etc, etc. You don't make a claim here unless you have no other choice.

Its NOT totaled. If they say otherwise they are lying.
Either way your insurance should not be paying for it. The persons insurance who hit you should be paying for it.
