Replacing Blaster cannon with stock muffler

Onto the next order of business... I bought my civic with what I was told was a complete exhaust from the headers to the muffler (if you can call it that). Obviously I want the loud thing gone and I was looking at a cheap bosal replacement muffler. The only thing I am worried about is if the pipe diameter is larger than the Bosal, making it impossible to hook up to the pipe. Searched for pipe dimensions but no luck.

I did some searching and I think the exhaust that best describes it is this thing..

Judging by the "quality" of whats on there, I don't think the pipe diameter was changed, but I thought I would get some opinions before I buy the thing.

Any auto parts store should have an adapter (step up or step down) piece to make the muffler fit either over or inside the existing pipe. Once you have the old muffler (or whatever it is) taken off the pipe, measure the outside diameter of the pipe and tell the auto parts salesman this info and they should be able to help you out.
