Maybe the parking/emergency brake? I honestly don't know. Hopefully someone here with a similar or the same cluster can help you. Going off the way the gauges are set up though, it may have something to do with the electrical system. Fog lights? Lol.
Edit. Here you go, amigo. Took a few creative words to get a good search, but it's the brake light.

That was the photo I stole from Photobucket, Kenny. Get on my level!
Check the second link. The one that's circled has to be the one he's talking about. I mean, I can pop in Gran Turismo 5 and switch to the cockpit view in my CTR hatch if you'd like. Lol.

Re: Need help fast!

its the canadian version of the "brake" icon light. means either the parking brake is up (or broken), or you are low on brake fluid (prolly from worn out pads if there is no fluid leaking).

Re: Need help fast!

if you take off the top cover, there should be a single wire going to the ebrake lever. sometimes it can get corroded or loose.

Re: Need help fast!

under the ebrake lever is a pin and a wire connected to it
also its a ground wire so it might got bent up or somthing any metal gets intact with that will also throw a brake light
