Let 'em dry out naturally or open 'em up and dry them out, then re-seal it with some silicone or RTV..

its very common to leak because they are not careful how they put sealant around them. gaps in the seal will cause leaks. pop the lights open and add more butyl to the channels. its better to add a bit extra and squeeze it out while clamping them back together that can be removed. the butyl ribbon stuff is just 3m windoweld from the auto store. good stuff. and use heat gun to open and close the lights. it makes the sealant softer.

i got water in mine soon after installing it, but after vacuuming it out (i removed the blinker bulb and stuck a vacuum hose up to the opening, it worked nicely) the water hasnt returned. if they are fresh installs, it may be from manufacturing.

Re: water in my aftermarket projector headlight
channel i mean the groove where the two halves of the headlamp come together. there is already some sealer inside there but usually the factory does not put enough and you have gaps.
Re: water in my aftermarket projector headlight
i heard to drill tiny holes on the bottom where the water builds up so water can get out. put silicone over the channels and use a hair dryer on the outside of the headlight...will this work? its easier then takin out off the bumper taking out the headlight unsplicing the halos wires and then drying it out
Re: water in my aftermarket projector headlight
^ That destroys the headlight. It's tough to seal that hole and drilling it will not get rid of the condensation, it will only get rid of the water. So they will still look like crap. Do it right and fix the headlight.

Gearbox,
What a classic. Now's my turn to drain the water out of my passenger headlight. After the heavy rain, my headlight looks just like a bottle of cold beer sitting on the table for couple hours.
so I should use the the silicon or RTV to reseal right? What does RTV stand for? which one is better ? Thanks

Try and find some of that 3m windoweld. that stuff works awesome. I couldn't find it in any local auto parts store, so I bought some off amazon.com.
and RTV stands for "Room Temperature Vulcanization" and it's a type of silicone adhesive/sealant

Re: water in my aftermarket projector headlight
silicone will not seal a headlamp. it does not adhere to the rear PP (polypropylene) plastic. and if you put it between the halves, it will just make a mess and never dry. the 3m windoweld ribbon is soft butyl on a roll that will stick right away and compress when you clamp the pieces together, so you can peel off the excess. its also fully waterproof and all oem headlamps are sealed using this type of stuff.

Re: water in my aftermarket projector headlight
Thanks again Gearbox. I will have it ready next time if i need to open them. However, after I took the headlight off, I did not take it apart though, I dumped the water out via the hold between the case and the inner which has piece of rubber seal around it. Apparently, the rubber seal did not seat properly and it was the root cause that allowed water to get in. So I blew hot air (hair dryer) into the headlight and dried it out.
the good part, I do not need to open the case, the bad, it left lots water spots T_T not bad but at least it is dry now. : )
