98 civic power locks issue
hello,
i am new to these forums so if im doing something wrong leme know. I have a 98 civic 4dr with power locks and im having problems with the passenger door not locking/unlocking when the car is turned off. If the car is on all the doors including passenger will lock/unlock just fine. Only when the car is off the passenger door tries to lock/unlock but it doesn't. I also recently installed keyless entry system but been having this problem way before that. Any ideas on what could be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I have an issue that may be related... All the locks in my car will not work using the power lock button. It started with the passenger side door and spread from there. I've replaced all the fuses and still nothing.
Any ideas?
