Best bolt on's?

ive got a 98 civic with a D16y7 engine and looking for more performance without major mods. Budget around 300-400 bucks. Ive already installed a cai from AEM. any suggestions?

i personally would go with a new exhaust system but some people arn't into that type of thing

I personally wouldnt mod the d16, but if you are looking for one in the range of 300 to 400 the best bet is exhaust.

ok how much gain would i see and would a new header or intake manifold make a difference?

The intake mani wouldnt show anything really. The header wouldnt show really anything either unless you get an exhaust with it.

A decent header alone with be close to $300 and then add a decent cat back exhaust way over that budget.

Duh im not stupid but that header will not do any good unless he gets an exhaust. So just save your money and wait and get them both.
