Weird electrical 00coupe

Recently got my car from the paint shop. In addition to an awesome paintjob I got electrical issues. : when I put a turn signal lights blink fine outside and on my cluster. When I press the brakes the turn signals turn off(just the signaling not the bulb) and both turn arrows illuminate on my cluster along with my radio(oem civic). When I release the brakes my turn signals continue working. Whatgives

possible turn signal switch out?

Had a Chevrolet that did something similar to this when the switch went out.

Thanks I'm gonna look into a replacement. Hopefully it's not the wiring
