Need headlight help

ok, so I just traded for a 2000 civic ex and the headlights only work on high beams. also gauge cluster lights are out. what could be my problem?car does have an h22 swap in it, I dont think that would affect anything though or would it? thanks for the help, and please if you have nothing nice to say keep it to yourself and be mature about it.

Thanks,
Jason

Re: Need headlight help

are all the other dash lights out too? could just be a fuse blew. same for the headlights, or a relay maybe went bad. check the wiring out and see if it looks fine. may be the switch went bad too.

Re: Need headlight help

yes dash lights are out as well LOL I pulled cluster today and all plugs seem to be intact except one but there is no place to plug it in on the cluster and I really suck at electrical

Re: Need headlight help

cluster should only have two plugs i believe that connect it to the wires. did you check the fuses under the dash above the brake pedal? it sounds like you blew the "small light" fuse.
